add loader, fast loader, express loader. and add more fast loaders conjunction with bobsmod. now work with cargo-wagons(train)

Transportation of the player, be it vehicles or teleporters.
I have a Problem with the filter settings . When i copy a programmed Loadre and place it with a blueprint i get an unprorammed one build Game 0.14.21.0 / Mod 0.0.8
I can confirm this bug. But many thanks, i can't live without them any more!
