add loader, fast loader, express loader. and add more fast loaders conjunction with bobsmod. now work with cargo-wagons(train)

Vanilla. I can: - request all loaders from logistic network fine, - craft all loaders by hand - select recipe for fast-loader and express-loader in assembler I can't set recipe for loader in assembler. ...help?
First loader (yellow) requires 5 ingredients. Only vanilla machine that can craft with 5 ingredients is an Assembling machine 3 (yellow). Not a bug.
