Abandoned Ruins


You may have crash-landed on this planet, but it seems you weren't the first to settle here. Abandoned Ruins adds ruins to world generation for you to explore and build into your own base, but be careful... Just because the ruins are long since abandoned, their defences might not be as dormant.

Would it be possible to have an option that enables the ruins to be marked for deconstruction with the deconstruction planner?
Keep up the good work, this mod is very well made.

This command let me deconstruct the existing abandoned ruins:

/c game.merge_forces(game.forces[4], 'player')

But doing this would also make possible turrents friendly torwards the player, right?

No, because there are two forces added, 'abandoned' and 'abandoned weaponry'. So you only transfer one of them, the turrets are still there and hate you.

This is a great mod, to be sure. Gives you incentive to explore well beyond your pollution. But I agree, not being able to bot deconstruct ruins is a giant PITA. It, ideally, should be a per-player setting to enable deconstruction, or just be on by default.
