When a requester chest is marked for deconstruction the items recalling function is enabled refilling the chest every system check. this is very helpful for empty the center if needed a reset, but it's also a pain if you have to move a chest from a location to another...
I know that handpicking it is better, but this prevent bot from doing the job...
