Rebalances the AAI Loaders in a sane manner. Specifically, it makes the loaders get unlocked with the respective logistics technology and their recipes similar to those of splitters.

Just came across this in the new mods list in the browser and wanted to say thanks for the changes. I've always liked the look of the AAI loaders but they weren't worth using.
