g Zombie Evolution and Aggression

I'm using Zombies with a bunch of other mods that affect evolution, biters, etc.
Zombies are spawning, but they don't seem to ever attack unless something leads them away from their spawners.
Zombies don't appear to be evolving the same way as biters (even modded biters, like Armoured and Frost). They reached high (max?) evolution earlier in my current save, when I reached max evolution and had to reset it. Zombies are still spawning Behemoths, making them very dangerous for biters (who do attack zombie bases as expected) and me (I'm using Py and still early in the tech tree, with no effective tools for dealing with extreme bullet sponge zombies). Biters are spawning evolution-appropriate units from their mods and vanilla.

I have tried wiping out nearby zombie bases using a kill-nearby command for their separate faction with a range of 1000 around most of my own base, but I still see highly-evolved zombies every time I expand into new chunks. Is it possible for Zombies to share evolution stats with Biters so that this doesn't happen? Do zombies make new bases or just spawn in new chunks?

They should spawn based on the evolution. They are on a different "force" or team to the biters if you have them fighting.
Weird they're not attacking either. The Zombies are mostly just a copy of Biters with the look changed.

Could you send a mod list through, potentially one of those are doing something strange. Otherwise I'm not sure.

Maybe they're not affected by Extended Evolution or Evolution Reduction via Destruction?
Not sure why resetting evolution via console didn't affect Zombies at all.
