This mod creating a new equipment grid during data final fixes causes issues with jetpack. Can you move that code to data updates, or modify the existing armor grid rather than create a new one? or at least copy the normal armor grid and update it's size?

what kind of issue? I'm currently making new equipment grid and assigning them to armor mk2.

You're doing it in data final fixes. As a result, most mods that try to modify the armor's categories end up having their changes discarded, especially since your mod starts with z, which puts it somewhere in the end of the load order.
Can you copy the equipment categories from the armor's/spider's original grids?
