This is nearly exactly what I was aiming for.

Honestly it is quite unsettling that swiching channels updates instantly even when the game is paused.
I don't know if radar coverage was needed to make things work but it is a nice touch for remote view.
Over all the mod works how expected but there are some sidenotes and a bug
MAKING IT UNBALANCED I will dig into the mod to shrink the entity to a 1x1 and remove power consumbion, preferibly by using quality to drop it my 25% per level (drain=5MW*[5-quality]) this is mostly a safety for power outages as planning around potenctial blackouts it a huge pain and sparing 20MW on a earlygame platform is not fun.
BUG Transmiters count towards "Roboports in network" for roboport readouts. This breaks logic that stocks bots based on roboport count.
I won't be able to stress test this mod for a while since I need to come up with the entire network but I think that by reducing the number of tasks, skipping several edge caseses and crysis handling a prototype can be tested in a resonable amount of time.
