No, this version of the mod is still in its initial stages, and it's currently a work in progress. The description might be a bit misleading for now I guess. I will improve it with the new release :). The mod will have additional features that are yet to be implemented. For now, I have released a version for players who enjoy mining stone extensively, such as in a cave mining scenario.
If you list something, that is not present in actual mod version - that's very bad move. Learn from Factorio itself, their descriptions is always up to date and 100% match current game version content.
