Better mod in the way

This mod will become deprecated at next major release.

This mod move transport drone research just after automation with only automation science.
A new tile can be made with raw coal with more cost.
The transport drone recipe is adjusted to be craftable before access to engine.
This mod is intend to be adjusted or removed when "Transport Drones" mod can be useable in early game with Pyanodon suite or with fuel value (not only with petroleum gas).

This mod include fuel depot autorefill and is auto-activated if "Transport Drones - Free Fuel" mod is not active.
Transport Drones - Free Fuel 0.18.1 has received a bug correction and work as expected.
