Provides a tool you can drag over power poles to add green & red wires to existing copper-wire connections.

Would it be possible to add a choice of which wire — red, green or both — to add to the poles? I mostly use green for anything long-range, and rarely need red.
Yes, I can add a startup option for it. Given the spot, it'll probably be a per-player mod setting.
