Provides a tool on the shortcut bar to add red & green wires to existing connections.

Just drag the tool over power poles. It will then add red & green wires to all power poles with existing copper wire connections.
Nothing will be altered for the poles outside the connection box.
The wires have no cost.

I copied the graphics from the Power Grid Comb mod so those are under his licence. Everything else is MIT.

There's a per-player option top change which wires (red/green/both) are placed by the tool.
