Adds winter theme to the game and makes a few (optional) balance changes
Looks like this isn't .14 compatible just yet. Posting this error on load for reference:
1.291 Error Util.cpp:57: Error while loading entity prototype "snow-pump" (assembling-machine): Crafting machine prototype: Energy usage has to be positive
Looks like 0.14 implemented a new error warning to prevent false numbers on energy consumption. Gotta make it compatible soon.
