Adds a winter theme to the game and rebalancing to fit the theme( ie. more energy consumption on burners, lower solar power ), but these can be changed in config.lua file to only change the skin of the world. This mod also adds new way of making water, since lakes are frozen, but offshore pump has been modified to pump water from the lake like normal.
