Oh nice! I was trying to figure it out -- but I guess they don't spin when there is no power draw? Just had to hook them up to some machines.
Right. They are spinning as soon as they are delivering energy and if there is enough wind - wind strength is varying with time, so there might have been a lull.
Animation speed depends on usage, so if you don't see them spinning it means there's no power draw.
They really do look SO good ingame. <3
