Turns Water into a non infinite resource. Water bodies get removed and replaced by solid ground. Offshore Drains allow water & oil to be put back into these depleted areas.
Would be nice to have terrain type deep ground which may be not suitable for build as water until is land filled. This ground may be then used for next water filling.
These ground may be created also by digging by specialized mining drill to dig-out space for next water pumped elsewere.
Mechanism of diging may be done like creation of rocket. When is finished may be destructed.
Is it possible to combine this mod with Alien Biomes? In Alien Biomes sand has different colors and Water As A Resource changes water to sand of the only color. Maybe this can be solved somehow?
