i Fix ratio of Mk1 and Mk2

I looked at the repository for this, and Mk1 has a stack size of 15 with a fuel value of 300MJ, while the Mk2 has 5 and 700MJ. I think the fuel value of the second should be at least changed to 900MJ so that both full stacks have an equal value of 4500MJ. Just a thought!
