not sure what you have done to this mod but the game is crashing every time i want to start a new save with it and its flaged as main reason for the crash

its something about "Handbook"

Please post the actual error message produced by the game.

Not sure if this is the same issue as the original poster, but I can no longer load the game with this mod enabled.
