Not sure when this was changed but I started a new game and can no longer voidcraft water so I can’t make power. I may be mistaken but it seems to soft lock me, can’t even run a lab to research.
Water should unlock when you make your first void shard, and that has not changed. If that isn't working, another mod may have changed things. What does the tech screen say is needed to unlock water?
