Adds colored hazard concrete and rectangular marker tools to allow easy factory planning.
Providing the player with new tools or adjusting the game interface, without fundamentally changing gameplay.
Any change this one could be updated for 0.15? I love segmenting my factory with these markers! Thanks in any case. :)
