Thanks for the great mod. Is it possible to have train blueprint to also include vehicle grid information? It will be very useful since it is tedious to manually re-install the equipments on copies of a train

Not feasible in mod.
- bots are unable to interact with grids
- blueprints don't include equipment positions
I don't have time to check if there is some workaround.

https://mods.factorio.com/mod/train-scaling .. will clone a train and copy the grid over

Train scaling and similar mods do so by scripting everything.
Vehicle grids goals are
- enable grids of different configurable size with correct tags
- have 0 impact on performance

Unless Factorio adds ghost/blueprint - grid interactions natively, that feature is better handled by mods specialized for that task.
