Chocolate for Biters!
Chocolate for Biters! is a mod that adds chocolates which strengthen the player and chocolates that can tame hostile mobs.
The balance is aimed at players who struggle with early combat but still want to keep biters enabled instead of turning them off.
This mod acts as a small early-game boost to make the early stage a little more comfortable.
Originally this mod was created as a pure joke mod, but the current release includes some balance adjustments.
Features
Speed Chocolate
- Helps reduce the sluggish feeling in early movement.
Health Chocolate
- Temporarily increases maximum health, making it harder to be defeated by enemy attacks.
Heal Chocolate
- Instantly restores health.
- After all, relying on raw fish forever for healing feels a bit strange.
Various Tamer Chocolates
- Allow you to tame most enemy mobs.
- Extremely large enemies (such as behemoth-tier enemies or giant demolishers) cannot be tamed.
Science Packs
- Research can extend the duration of chocolate effects.
Concept
In Japan, there is a tradition of giving chocolate on Valentine's Day.
About one month later, on White Day, the people who received chocolate give a return gift.
This mod brings a small piece of that culture into the world of Factorio.
And since White Day is coming soon, it seemed like the perfect theme.

Chocolate for Biters! は、Playerの強化チョコレートと、敵Mobを手懐けるチョコレートを追加するModです。
序盤の戦闘が苦手だけど、バイターをOffにしたくない人には使いやすいというバランスを目指しました。
このModは、序盤をちょっと便利にする、序盤ブーストModです。
もともとは完全なジョーク Mod として作られましたが、現在のリリースはバランス調整後のものになります。

スピードチョコレート
- 序盤のもっさり感を緩和します
体力増加チョコレート
- 敵の攻撃でなかなかやられなくなります
回復チョコレート
- いつまでも生魚で回復するのも微妙でしょう
各種テイマーチョコレート
- ほぼすべてのMobを、手なずけることができます（ベヒモス級や、大型デモリッシャーは無理です）
サイエンスパック
- 研究すると、チョコレートの効果持続時間が延長されます。
背景のコンセプト
日本には、バレンタインデーにチョコレートを贈る文化があります。
さらにその約1か月後の ホワイトデー には、チョコレートをもらった側が
お返しの贈り物をする習慣があります。
この Mod は、その文化を少しだけ Factorio の世界に持ち込んだものです。
