I added this mod to my playthrough, and I thought that the research would block all drops from space until the required research is completed. But I found out as long as I had a cargo landing pad I could drop anything without the research. Is this the intended purpose of the mod?
From the description and research, I assumed I'd be locked to only use the resources on the planet to launch a rocket and research the respective cargo drop research. Maybe a toggle for this would be a nice feature.
