this is a mod for re-working on uranium based recipes to make them different than vanilla. I feel uranium in vanilla is easy and not realistic so I made minor changes on how uranium is processed and products out of it.

Changes:
* uranium 235 is renamed to "High Enriched Uranium"
* uranium 238 is renamed to "Depleted Uranium"
* a new uranium is added, "Low Enriched Uranium"
* Kovarex enrichment is still there but recipe is different.
* any uranium related recipe is made in centrifuge now.

Waste:
* uranium creates waste, you need to get rid of waste now. waste can be handled into two forms: depleted uranium or storage
* depleted uranium can be used for military purposes, same as vanilla
* uranium waste cells is immediate waste that has to be decomposed quickly.
* uranium waste container is a special container that can be sent to space with rocket, it gives you something else than space science, configurable.
* there is no special recipe or way of getting rid of uranium waste container, it is done on purpose to reflect reality. you need to handle storage of it or send to space.

TODO:
* more balancing perhaps.
* not sure but preventing player to shoot and destroy uranium waste container/cell. waste is made on purpose.
* probably all of the recipes allow productivity but maybe missed a few

I did not like it to my taste due to changes I wanted to do in game with other mods. I came up with the idea of waste cell/containers. Then I tried to balance uranium recipes more and so on.
