You can research and have uranium nuclear power in the beginning of the game. Uranium ore doesn't need sulfuric acid to mine.

take off the yellow and blue science from the recepie from uranium ammo? i mean if we have early nuclear might aswell give us the ability to have early nuclear ammo, i would recommend as a option in the mod settings if possible(under startup?)
