Hi coatedd, which Factorio version are you using? I cannot reproduce the problem. Looks like you are missing the "automation" sound on your file system. Can you check the folder X:\Steam\steamapps\common\Factorio\data\base\sound\ambient and look for automation.ogg?
Maybe you also have another mod, that deleted this sound from the game. Try disabling all the music mods you have and try again. I just tested it with Space Age, and without Space Age, in Factorio 2.0.15, and everything is working fine. So if you have this error, please try my suggestions, and report back.
