Upgraded Electric Poles

I managed to make this mod work for 0.15 by removing fuel attributes of some items, but I'm stuck getting it to run on 0.16. I don't wanna redo all my power lines with the tiny-range vanilla poles, so any input on getting it to run is appreciated.
