Makes bots unminable and prevents them from going to the toolbelt.
Includes Mod settings to disable each aspect.

Settings:
Unminable construction bots
Construction bots can no longer be picked out of the air.

Unminable logistic bots
Logistic bots can no longer be picked out of the air.

Click-through bots
Removes bot selection box.
As side effect bots become invulnerable even to AoE.
