I have interval refill enabled with default 300 seconds to 100%, not working. I've heard there maybe issues with too low interval, tried setting it to 600 seconds, still not working. My oil fields are not refilling. My lowest is at 22% yeild. Does it need to go to 1% before it refills or what?
