Ion's UI Tweaks: Smaller Borders

Reduces the size of the borders around menus and the toolbar, giving you more screen space. Also centers those darn arrows on the quickbar!

1st... thanks for the mod @KingIonTrueLove.

2nd... I tried to force the mod to load in Factorio (v1.1.32), changing the "info.json" file, but the mod gives this error:
"Failed to load mods: __UnGirthyBorders__/data-final-fixes.lua:11:attempt to index 'tool_bar_frame' (a nil value)
stack traceback:
__UnGirthyBorders__/data-final-fixes.lua:11:in main chunk".

Hope you can fix-it.
