UPDATE: Since 0.18, the quickbar is no longer a girthy mess of space, and it no longer has an uncentered arrow in the middle of it, so the mod now only shrinks the borders around things like the map area on the top-right of the screen and stuff like that.

This mod is just a simple tweak to the size of the borders around most menus, giving the user more screen space. It also centers the arrow in the quickbar for those that are OCD-inclined.
