Allows logistic chests to be used at the beginning of the game. Makes logistic chests send and receive items instantly. A very useful mod in combination with mods that add complexity.
If it's not balanced, please let me know. I am actively polishing this mod, and I'd be glad to increase the recipe cost. One iron chest requires eight iron plates, so I could make the logistic chests require 3 electronic circuits and 8 plates. My original intent was to completely replace conveyor belts, but that might not be the best idea.
