Allows logistic chests to be used at the beginning of the game. Makes logistic chests send and receive items instantly. A very useful mod in combination with mods that add complexity.
Yes, that's how the mod was designed. A logistic delivery is performed every 60 ticks or every second. I'm working on balancing the mod as I get more feedback. Ideas I have are to use a certain amount of power for every item transported, or to include logistic robots to make items take time to be moved. Let me know if you have any issues with or suggestions for the mod.
im sorry, but i test then it's not "instantly", it still needs robot to take from the purple to the yellow box

I just tested this. All of the chests send the items as they should, but the yellow storage chests won't receive items from the network. I'll work on fixing the issue. Thanks!
