All belts perform implemented exactly like vanilla belts and the only change is the higher speed. This means these belts have the same UPS impact as vanilla belts.
Also I haven't tested it myself, but consolidating multiple vanilla belts into one higher tier belt from my mod may actually improve your UPS. Though if it does I imagine it's probably insignificant. Anyways you can use this mod without worrying about any negative impact to your UPS :)
