Fork of Santa's Nixie Tubes. Adds options to make it more UPS friendly.

In the blueprint sandbox mod, i cleared the surface (including nixie tubes) and the chat it now being continually messaged with "removing invalid nixie", about once a second.
It should only do that once when it corrects the table issue. It persists?
