If possible could this mod add compatablity with Vortik's Cannon Turret mod?

Done in 0.0.3 — both vtk-cannon-turret and vtk-cannon-turret-heavy now need electricity (300 kJ per shot; ~100 kW / ~200 kW while firing). Added as an optional dependency, so nothing changes if you don't have the mod. Thanks for the request.
