As 0.18 is almost no different from 0.17 you can do this yourself as well:
Go to C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Factorio\mods\
For the mods that are not yet updated, open the zip or rar with winrar.
And then open the file info.json and change factorio_version to 0.18:
"factorio_version": "0.18"
