True Nukes


Adds realistic nuclear blasts, and more nuclear options, including various scales of atomic artillery shell, as well as atomic cannon shells. Also adds thermobaric weapons (these are like fuel air bombs), which act as early game nukes. Simulates the blast wave, thermal impact, crater and fireball of nuclear weapons.

b [Semi-fixed, won't fix rest unless by popular demand...] Nuke will create crater tiles on void tiles

I was playing with the biggest nuke on a 128 tiles ribbon world, after i detonated the nuke, extra 32 tiles of crater was created on each side of the void, expanding the world height to 192 tiles.
Maybe it's due to the generation of crater being chunk-based?

Ah, nope, I just forgot about void tiles. Oops. I'll try and work out a nice solution to that...

I will fix this in the next update for nukes <100kt, but not particularly for larger nukes.
For larger nukes you might just have to put up with it honestly... I don't want to make performance worst in the majority case, and I don't want to complicate the code.
If lots of people really want this fixing then I can do it, but yeah...
