When you copy/paste a Passive Provider that has inserters inputting into the depot, various things, the Depot won't take the inputs. BUT, when you remove that Depot and put in a new one, into the same spot (NOT A Ghost), then it works correctly.

In my case it works now, but I have another biu where depos are randomly disappearing

working for me as well.... and I did have the first Passive (that I was actively tasting the above not working issue) that I had pasted, dissappear, right after the ghost had been filled by a bot. I had blinked and looked away and missed it and thought it was something else. So I had remved the whole thing and repasted the depot with inserters, etc and it all was there afterwards and all worked like it was supposed to do so.

I'll look for any other issues of things disappearing
