Hi,

I noticed a very rare bug with fluid requster depos. Very rarely I notice that some requrster depos are reqesting fuilds while the production line that is requesting for is stopped because the output is unused.
So I check why is it still not full and I see the fluid slowly leaking away, like 5 per second unit.
I did the following investigations.
- Rebuild the depo. Not fixed
- disconnected the pipe, this stopped the leak but reconnection caused the leak again.
- Observed pipe contents. The depo seem to be decharging the fluid into the pipe but the pipe periodically (every second) loses the amount it gained.
- Finally, I waited for the depo to fill up, connected the almost full pipe, which immediatly made the pipe full, this seem to have stopped it from losing fluid and the depo from discharging it any more.
- I emptied the pipe multiple times, untill the depo could not refill it to full. This reintroduced the leak. The pipes, again, periodically lose the fluid while the depo discharges a few units a second into the pipes instead discharging its content fully into the pipe.

I suspect there may be some conflict with the new fluid system.
I could not reproduce the issue at will.
