As the message stated, when you put a blueprint with shift to deconstruct all the stuff on the way, it doesn't try to remove struff on the path of the road. The change occured with the last update of the mod I think (and is probably also why landfill doesn't want to be blueprint of top of the fish but that one I like it ^^).
