Does the new fast road only increase walking speed or also truck/drones movement speed?
Should also add "upgrade" recipe to take existing road and add lesser amounts of concrete & oil. Otherwise if you're upgrading large base, you'd be stuck with thousands of older road with nothing to do with it.
