Request Depots only sending one drone out at a time despite being empty and fully fuelled. Pictures attached here:

My others usually seem to work fine, not sure why this is happening here.
Edit: Turns out they dispatch equivalent to supply or some such, it's possible the entire supply was being reserved by various requesters since the distance was so long, after increasing supply the requesters started dispatching more. I thought they'd dispatch regularly regardless of supply, that's my misunderstanding.
