Starting from "Main menu", click "Settings", click "Mod settings".
Scroll down to find "Transport Drones" section, the last item is "Transport drone fuel".
You can enter the in-game fluid-name of any fluid you want to use, e.g. "water" or "heavy-oil" (without double quotes).
