After upgrading Factorio from 1.0.0 to 1.1.1 (and the most of the mods) the transport drones ignore the roads if they are build on orbit surfaces. on planetary surfaces or moons seem to work. I am not sure if you have to fix it or space exploration. I thought i would start here.
The zip file contains a scenario with minimal example, as well a current savegame. (once saved in 1.1.1 and one in 1.0.0)
