I have the most recent version, and the various transport depots (all of them -- red, green, blue, and fluid depots) and the transport drones are not showing up for building, either by the player or in assemblers. I did upgrade an existing save that had already researched the drones, so it's possible that there is something in the migration process that might not show up if someone researched the tech fresh.
