Was placing some hazard concrete using ctrl-v under a mining depot which automatically removed the mining depot.
Then removed the hazard concrete and placed the mining depot again.
Then added road tile on the hazard concrete tile connecting the road with the depot.

Found another weird thing, when the depot gets removed because of the hazard concrete paste i can't remove the road piece that stays behind with anything. Only repair turrets can remove it, nothing else. Could be related.
