What version of Factorio are you on?
For me it happend in 0.18.21. Could not test in 0.18.22, becuase some of my mods are incompatible.
It shouldbe fixed in 0.18.22
was on 0.18.21.... testing out 0.18.22 (hope no mod will break)
edit: breaks way to many mods... i'll wait.
