I noticed with a depot stop when I attempted to rename it back to "normal" without using a Depot signal, the stop behavior didn't return back to normal for all the trains that had it on their schedule. Trains continued to ignore the stop if it was still on their schedule even after they went to new destinations for it to update.
I think it has something to do with the fast forward signal that gets added to the stop name in the schedules.
