- Added generation modes and reworked the default. Enemies (biters) will now spawn in all modes.
- To accomplish the above, in autoplace modes, tree spawns have been deprioritized.
- Ore patches will be covered by trees - usually even in the mode that doesn't guarantee this - unless the setting to clear ore patches is used.
